The Lanvernite Succession
Wolverton is a small town of 1,100 on the River Oak in central Lanverness. Wolverton acts as a hub for the surrounding farmland, storing, processing and shipping livestock, potatoes and vegetables for the hungry city of Greatminster. Other industries in the surrounding area include coal mining in the hills to the east, and salt mining and logging in Spinewood Forest to the west; these bulk commodities find their way to Wolverton via river, where they are processed and sold at auction. Small quantities are sent south on the Royal Road, but most move north along the River Oak to Greatminster, Sandbury or beyond.
